Standard shipping cost is all free. However, for express shipping, following charges are applicable:
The express shipping takes around 3-6 working days and standard shipping takes around 9 to 14 days.Whatwears accept only PayPal as payments from our customers and receives and deliver orders worldwide.

Please note that one should contact Whatwears before returning any product. Please do not return the product on the address given on the package, as the address on the package is of our shipping agent and we will not received the parcel back, if it is returned at shipping agent address.

In case you have change your mind after receiving the product, please contact Whatwears through email or by the Contact US button on the website. Whatwears will accept the product back subject to if they are returned in original packaging and undamaged. In such cases, customers will have to bear the return shipping cost.
Q. WHAT IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT?
Its rear that any of our customer received faulty products, however, in such case, if any, please contact Whatwears through email or by Contact US button on the website. We would need the issue in details and a photo of the fault or damage product. Please also note that we will accept full responsibility for any fault if it is on our part.
Q. WHERE SHOULD I SEND THE RETURN PRODUCT?
Any products which you need to change, exchange or if it is faulty, return should be sent with a tracking number to our international warehouse in Shanghai.
