HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH PATPAT?
The online shopping at PatPat is very easy and convenient. You just need the select and click at the items which you are interested in. After selecting the items, select the size and color of your choice and add the products in your car. Any time you can view the cart for the products or continue the shopping. Once the shopping is done, order summary details appearing on your screen. After ordering the products, you may check out and fill in all the necessary information, then submit your order.
The normal processing time is between 5 to 20 days as it depends on the availability of the products. The shipping and delivery time varies as it depends on your location and shipping method.
ARE YOUR SIZE CHARTS ARE ACCURATE?
The aim is to provide your order which can fit you properly but sometimes it is unavoidable because of slight differences in item size at the manufacturers. The size chart is available on most of the product pages and you can select and find out the size of your choice. To avoid the size issue, we recommended our customers to use a measuring tape and match your measurements with our size car. The amount appearing on your online status is only an estimated value and it is converted into the ordering country currency through existing exchange rate. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
