OUNASS RUNNING SMOOTHLY DURING COVID-19:
For the care of its customers and community, Ounass during the lockdown received all the approvals from the competent authorities for delivery within the UAE as usual i.e. 2-hour delivery in Dubai, next day delivery within the UAE, with the only exception of same-day delivery at the UAE.
OUNASS ORDER FREE DELIVERY:
You can placed orders after working hours or during a public holiday (09:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m). However, it will be placed on the first UAE working day after the order submission. You can face some delays in case of Ounass promotional activity, sale season, or bank holidays. During these seasons or holidays, you can not avail of the facility of 2 hour delivery with Dubai and no next-day delivery will be available. :You can schedule the delivery of your item by picking a time slot that is convenient for you at the checkout. OUNASS GENERAL DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
Ounass is committed to deliver the items on the time as displayed on the website, however, these delivery commitments are estimates only. You can also appreciate that timelines start from order confirmation. However, for some technical, if Ounass would not deliver the order within 30 days of the order confirmation, Ounass will provide a full refund. Delivery is made on daily basis except for the public holidays in UAE.
OUNASS DELIVERY OF FURNITURE OR BULKY ITEMS:
All bulky and furniture orders are not returnable. When the order is ready for delivery, Ounass will contact you, or you can also contact Gounass Customer Care for tracking before the delivery date. Once the time and date are agreed upon, the customer will be responsible for accepting the delivery and arrange to provide access for installation on that date. You can and have to ensure that our delivery team has proper access to the delivery address and sufficient space for the goods is available.
The customer should have inform Ounass prior to delivery if the delivery is to be made on the first floor or above. If the delivery is complicated in such conditions, additional charges may apply. In case, the heavy items are not accepted on the agreed delivery date, goods shall be kept in storage for a period of 30 days without any charge. However, after 30 days, Ounass has the right to cancel the order and retain all the money and resell the goods with no further liability on their part.
The delivery team may charge additional charges if the delivery team is unable to obtain access to the delivery address.
ADDRESS CHANGES & TRACKING WITH OUNASS:
Ounass Customer Care Team will assist you with changing your preferred delivery date and address, as per your requirement. You can change your address prior to the delivery date, as if the order is despatched, Ounass would not be able to change the address. There is a tracking number that is forwarded through SMS when your order is confirmed.

OUNASS ONLINE RETURNS:
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
Ounass offers a free return policy without any question which allows the customer to return the delivered item for any reason up to 30 days after the delivery of the order, without any charge, subject to meeting the conditions set out in the Return and Exchanges section of Ounass.
To get a refund on return, the items must be returned to Ounass within 30 days of the receipt of the order with the following conditions:
- Shoes must be in brand new condition and without any damage or use. Other products must be in brand new condition
- .Items should be in the original packaging cover and will all brand and product labels/tags should be attached. Authenticity cards should also be returned with the items.
- The original order confirmation should be returned with the items.
- Beauty items, grooming items, underwear, and earrings are not returnable under Ounass policy
OUNASS REFUND PROCESS:
Ounass will process refunds only after completing the Return Process and the item returned has been checked and approved along with the discount code details. After approval from the concerned department, Ounass will refund the full face value of undamaged items duly returned (excluding the original delivery charges and cash-handling fee). The refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase of items.
- Cash on delivery payment will be refunded as store credit.
- Purchase from PayPal payments will be refunded to your PayPal account.
- Amber points will be refunded as store credit.
OUNASS AMBER POINTS:

OUNASS ITEM RETURN POLICIES:
DAMAGED OR WRONG ORDERS:
If for any reason, the customer receives an item that is damaged or not the product you have ordered, please arrange to return the item to Ounass through Returns Process. The item should be returned in the same condition as you received within 30 days of the receipt in order to qualify for the full refund. The refund will include the original Order delivery charges, cash handling fee, tax, and any other duty. If the items is manufactured defective, it is covered under the manufacturer's defects warranty
Shoes will only be accepted for return if the items are in brand-new condition and without any damage to the item of its packaging. It is suggested to try the shoe on carpeted surfaces to avoid damage. Any shoes return with scuffing, scratches, or any type of damage and visible sign of wear, will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to the customer with a rejected refund request.
OUNASS NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Ounass will not accept beauty and grooming items, underwear, face masks, earrings, candles, and vintage pieces.
Customers are advised to take care to preserve the condition of the product packaging. For example, damaged shoe boxes may prevent re-sale which means that Ounass will not give you a Ounass Discount code full refund.
Ounass is not offering any exchanges presently. All items should follow the returns process and a new order is to be placed at Ounass for replacement.
Ounass takes pride in the highest quality and luxury products. If there is any damage products or a product has a fault, Ounass would want to know about the damage.
