WHY REGISTRATION MANDATORY FOR SHOPPING?
Quite recently, Laura Ashley as upgraded their online website in order to deliver an improved shopping luxury to our customers. To keep you privacy intact, any customer detail will not be transferred to any other site and our customers are therefore requested to create a new account with our new and secured online website.
WHY THE GIFT CARD ON THE WEBSITE IS NOT REDEEMABLE?
Temporarily, due to technical reasons, gift cards cannot be redeemed on our online website. However, customers can still buy them online through our stores. Customer will be able to use their Gift Card to purchased items within the store. Our technical Team are working hard to resolve the problem.
WHY MY MOBILE NUMBER IF MANDATORY WHILE REGISTERING?
Customers are requested to provide their mobile contact, which enables and helps us in sending the tracking information and updates to them.
WHEN CAN WE GET CONFIRMATION OF OUR ORDER?
The first email sent by Laura Ashley is your confirmation of the order. Later, customer will get another email with details of their products that have been purchased through Laura Ashley.
CAN THE ORDER BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED?
Due to the nature of the products, it is not possible to make changes in your order. Further, please note that for home furnishing and decorating items, if the stock are allocated to your order, Laura Ashley cannot make change in delivery address, or to remove the items or cancel any of the item. If the order for any home furnishing item has already been dispatched from the warehouse, customer can return the item as per the procedure define under Return Policy.
If you order is Made to Measure, customer can ask for any change or cancellation within 48 hours of the placement of the order by contacting the Customer Service Team. However, Laura Ashley reserve the right to charge our customer 25% of the value of the cancelled product.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS MISSING, INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED?
The any of our customer receives any incomplete product, it may be possible due to the reason that we shipped the order in multiple packages, and the remaining products or items will reach you separately, so please wait for 4-5 days before lodging any complaint.
If any of the customer receives any damaged product or incomplete order or if the order is not received within the expected and committed time, customers are requested to contact our Customer Services Team from Monday to Friday and return the products as defined in the Return Policy.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR HOME FURNISHINGS DELIVERY?
Normally, the Home Furnishing items are delivered with 5-7 days after placement and acceptance of your order. However, it may vary time to time for different reasons and 5-7 days is not an official commitment. Laura Ashley will send its customers an email, as soon as the order is dispatched from the warehouse with all the details which are helpful for our customers to track the order online. In case of any further clarification or assistance, customer can contact our Customer Services Team by calling them or through emails.
HOW AN ITEM CAN IS RETURNED TO LAURA ASHLEY?
If the customers are not happy with the products and wish to return the standard home furnishing products, they can return the products to us by a number of methods, with their purchase proof i.e. receipt or dispatch notes. Please make sure that the items is not opened, not used and should be in its original packaging and should be returned with 28 days of the delivery.
Customers can return the products at Laura Ashley nearest store in person with all the receipts. If it is inconvenient to come at any of the store, customer can use the facility of Postal Services or by Courier Services and send the products at Returns Department, Laura Ashley, P.O.Box 19, Newton, Powys, SY16 IDZ. Customer will be issued a tracking number on their receipts, which is to be kept as their proof of return. Customers are requested to give at least seven days to Laura Ashley Return Department to process the return products.
WHAT IS THE REFUND TIME FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS?
As soon as the Return Department receives the returned products, a refund for the agreed amount will be processed through the original method of payment, which was adopted at the time of purchase. Our team will contact you, in case if there is any query or agreement required for the refund amount. The process will take around 14 days to refund the amount.
WHAT METHODS WILL BE USED FOR REFUND?
The method used by the customer at the time of purchase, the refund will be paid through the same method only. If the customer pays by credit or debit card, we will refund the amount through same card. For ease of customers, please note that if you are returning the products at any of our store, please take the card with you which was used at the time of the purchase.
