- There is a free delivery offer for all orders over GBP 100, after all discounts and promotions. For delivery of orders below GBP 100, there is a change of GBP. 4.99 Only.
- There are regular Sleep Awareness Week promotions offering 25% to 50% off.
- There is a promotion of getting free pillows with your selected beds and mattresses.
- On a spending of GBP 400 and above, there is an extra GBP 50 Off for every bed promotion. The definition of a bed is a mattress and bed frame, and discount is allowed on the purchased of both products together.
BENSONS FOR BEDS OFFERS FREE DELIVERY
For orders over and above GBP 100, Bensons for Beds offer a free delivery. The facility cover the delivery of products at the room of your choice. The delivery team will take care of your home and the products, but it is recommended that our customers move their valuables like vases and paintings away from the delivery path. The delivery team will also advise you of the risk at the time of moving the items at your room.
For orders below GBP 100, there will be a flat delivery charge of GBP 4.99 only.
BENSONS FOR BEDS DELIVERY DESTINATIONS
The delivery is made to postal areas around mainland England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. Bensons for Beds covers the mainland with their own Benson for Beds vehicles which are specifically assigned for delivery with expert drivers and delivery staff.
For remote areas of mainland, we have a limited service of delivery. The details of the areas covered can be viewed at our online website. Places like Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Outer Hebrides and remote areas of Scotland are not covered in our delivery destinations.
BENSONS FOR BEDS DELIVERY ASSEMBLY FACILITY
The trained and expert team of delivery department, can unpack and fully assemble and fit your new bed and fix your new headboard and furniture for just a small charge of GBP 20. The delivery team will also clear and clean away all unwanted packaging and recycle the undesired package just to ensure that you are ready for a good and happy sleep. However, please note that the fixing and assembly facility is only available for the customers purchasing Divan Beds. The facility can be availed by contacting the Bensons for Beds Customer Service Team or by visiting the nearest store of Benson for Beds.
TENTATIVE DELIVERY DATE TIME OF YOUR BENSONS FOR BEDS ORDER
As the customers have made their online purchase completed and our experts have processed the order, customers will be allocated and informed a tentative delivery date. The confirmation of delivery date will be advised through an email. If, for any reason, customer is not accepting the delivery within 14 days of the initial agreed delivery date, the order will be kept at the warehouse, and customer will be charged storage charges.
Bensons for Beds will text or call the customers before 24 hours of the delivery to re-confirm the shipment. On the particular delivery date, our team will also call you one hour before the delivery team arrival at your desired destination.
All deliveries will be made on working days i.e. Monday to Friday from 07.00 a.m to 06.00 p.m, depending on the location of the customer. However, customers can inform their suitable time to our team, when they were informed of the delivery date and time.
In case of order through telephone or Internet, customers will be required to submit identification at the time of delivery. The delivery team will required a photographic identification with the name on the invoice and a copy of the utility bill, with the same name and invoice address, to ignore any fraudulent desire.
If the order is booked through telephone and customer wishes the delivery to be made at any other address, our team will require additional identification before the delivery.
