HOW LONG TO GET MY TICKETS ARRIVE AT MY PLACE?
Our customers can get the tickets and other relevant documents at their given address before 7-10 days of the departure. For booking which are made within 2 weeks before the departed flight, customer will get their tickets at the departure airport. Our representative will also be presented at the departure airport and he will make arrangement of collecting the tickets and handover to you. There is a nominal charge for this case.
WHAT IS THE REMEDY PROCESS IF THERE IS A MISTAKE ON TICKETS OR IN ANY OTHER DOCUMENT?
Customers are requested to ensure that you check all the documents thoroughly as soon as they received the booking documents. If there is any mistake or amendment required on any of the documents, we can arrange re-issuance on request.
WHAT IF THERE IS A DELAY IN RECEIVING TICKETS OR I DON’T RECEIVED?
Usually, the tickets are sent to customers 05 days prior to departure. However, if there is any case where customer did not received their tickets 03 days prior to their department, they are requested to please contact us at Customer Service Desk and will arrange the tickets at the time of departure.
WHAT IS TICKET ON DEPARTURE MEANS?
If the booking is made close to the departure date, tickets should have to be collected at the time of departure. Due to the short time, tickets are not sent to Athena Beach rather directly sent to the Airport. Customer will get a reference or voucher number, which can be shown to the tour operator desk at the time of departure.
ARE YOU DEALING WITH E-TICKET?
It depends on the Airline. Some Airlines are only issuing E-Tickets. If you are travelling with any of such airlines, you will be issued a letter having your flight details. The covering letter will be sent to you with your travel documents and it is as valid as a regular ticket.
ARE FLIGHT DETAILS SHOW THE HOTEL VOUCHER OR HOTEL DETAILS?
Most of the flights are booked for flight and seat numbers only. This means that the accommodation arrangements are made by some other supplier. The Travelers will issue you a separate vouchers having your accommodation and hotel details.
WHAT IS THE BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE WHILE BOOKING WITH YOU?
Normally the baggage allowance is 15 kg allowed to a single customer plus a hand carry, weight of which should not be more than 5 kg. However, it may vary from airline to airline and customers are advice to go through the airline booking terms and conditions before carrying their luggage.
WHAT IF WE NEED ANY HELP AT THE RESORT?
During the holidays, it is recommended to log all your inquiries and problems at the hotel reception, as soon as possible. The hotel management will do their best to rectify he problems. However, for problems beyond their control, please contact the Accommodation Provider Supplier or their agent.
CAN THE DATES OF HOLIDAYS BE CHANGED OR AMENDED?
Normally, once a flight is booked, the airlines do not allow date changes. The request to make changes or amendments could be very costly and difficult. The existing booking will be cancelled and it hit the cancellation charges. Some other new flight will have to be booked at your new date and the available cost. Some Airlines can make amendments and changes in our schedule by just taking a small amendment fee, but it all depends on the availability of flight and seat is available or not.
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, CAN WE SHORTEN THE HOLIDAY PLAN?
In case of any emergency and any of our customers wants to shorten the holiday trip, he will have to contact the insurance company first, as they are the one who will assist you on this. Simultaneously, customers are requested to contact Athena Beach Holiday or the hotel for one way flight to their return.
WHAT FACILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE?
The confirmation invoice sent to you after you made the booking, has all the details of your holiday plan. Insurance is not included in your booking. Many airlines do not include food on the flight and offers only snack service. The flights with meals facility will be displayed on the booking documents and flight tickets.
WHAT IF THE PROCEDURE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT?
Athena Beach Holidays works hard to ensure that all our customers have an enjoyable and trouble free holidays. However, for some reason, if there is any problems during your holidays, you should must report the incident to your hotel reception, your accommodation supplier and on your return, you should contact the relevant parties for resolution and future improvement.
