DO WE NEED AN ACCOUNT FOR SHOPPING?
As soon as any of customer placed an order with us, system will automatically create an account for that customer. The account can be used for all future purchases.
IS THERE ANY FACILITY OF FREE DELIVERY?
All the deliveries within UK is all free. However, offshore and highland postal addresses may have nominal additional surcharges which are applied at the time of order. The delivery method is selected based on the value, weight and size of the total order. The order is shipped on the next working day and maximum by within 48 hours. In few cases, where the stock is unavailable and held with the supplier, shipping may take a few days.
CAN THE SHIPMENT BE MADE TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, delivery can be made to a different address, as per your choice. For this, customers will have to enter the delivery address at the checkout section. Otherwise, normally we delivery through our website orders paid by credit or debit card details.
For customers making payment through PayPal, the system will automatically select the registered address of your PayPal account.
All orders placed on telephone, will be delivered to the address registered at the card.
CAN WE TRACT THE STATUS OF OUR ORDER ONLINE?
AS soon as the order is dispatch, we sent a tracking number to our customers through an email. Customers can track the status of the order through online or by calling our Customers Service Team and get the status and courier used for your delivery.
CAN DELIVERY IS POSSIBLE ON WEEKEND?
For delivery to be made on Saturday or Sunday, please contact our Customer Service Team, who will see and guide you if this is possible for your specific order. For delivery on Saturday and Sunday, there is an extra postal charges of GBP. 9.95 Which has to be borne by the customer.
IS THE PICK UP FACILITY AVAILABLE?
Most of the orders are couriered through DPD Courier. Customers can make a request to pick their items from DPD local pick up point, through their tracking number.
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
If the package seems to be damaged for any reason, you can refuse to accept the delivery. This will automatically return the product back to FFX. However, in such case, we appreciate customers will information us immediately by email or telephone for our ease and reference.
If any of our customer accepted the parcel and on opening the product, it is discovered that the product is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. What we would need in that case is an image of the damaged product which will speed up the process.
WHAT IF WE RECEIVED A WRONG VOLTAGE PRODUCT?
It rear but human errors are always possible. If any customer receives an incorrect voltage item from the one you have orders, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will provide remedy as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If any of our customers wants to return our products, for any reason, there is a 30 days Return Option available. Customer would need to inform FFX within 14 days of the receipt of the order. What FFX need is a Return Form along with the return product, but make sure that all items must be in their original packaging and a saleable condition. Any product which is damaged, not in original condition will not be accepted by FFX. For return products, customer will have to bear the courier charges. For return products, we will refund the amount due to our customers within 14 days of the receiving of products at FFX.
ARE MY PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL DETAILS ARE SAFE?

ARE FFX PRODUCTS ARE FOR UK USE ONLY?
The products offered by FFX are UK specification products to be used in UK. However, there are products which are working in Europe and other countries. The electrical products will state the voltage and customers other than UK are requested to be sure of the voltage in your country before order. The products with a main plug attached is a UK specific plug and for use in UK only. If there is an amendment made to the attached plug, it will affect the warranty of your product.
