For your convenience, it is better to bring your hotel vouchers and boarding passing with you. If there is any extra facilities in your holiday package e.g. car parking, airport lounges, car hire, the customer should also need to take these vouchers with them for presentation at the relevant suppliers.
WHO’S NAME WILL BE APPEAR ON THE HOTEL VOUCHER
The leading passenger name is only required for reservation at the hotels. The hotel vouchers also indicated the number of confirmed passengers, the arrival date and other relevant details.

It depends on the Airline. Some airlines are offering an infant hand baggage allowance. It is recommended to please check with your airline before travelling with infants. These details can also be taken from our Administration Department.
IS THERE ANY HEALTH TRAVEL ADVISORY FOR THE COUNTRY AVAILABLE

IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM OCCUR DURING THE HOLIDAYS, WHAT IS THE REMEDY
If any of our customers faces any problem with your hotel, you are requested to please speak to the hotel administration in the first instance, as they better resolve the issue right there. Beside hotel administration, you can always contact the accommodation supplier emergency numbers which are posted and available at the hotel vouchers.

WHAT IF THE BAGGAGE IS LOST/DAMAGED
If there is any such incident, customers are advised to report the lost or damaged baggage before you leave the airport terminal building. Customers, in that case, will be required to complete Properly Irregularity Report for insurance claim.
