WHAT ARE THE STORAGE CHARGE?
If you are a registered A2A customer, there will be no charge for our services. Otherwise, a flat charge of EURO 5 per month will be charged for ski or snowboard storage and a flat charge of EURO 25 for boots and helmets.
WHAT IS THE GUARANTEE TO KEEP MY EQUIPMENT SAFE DURING STORAGE PERIOD?
As soon as you deposit your skis with A2A, we shift them to our secure storage. A2A clean and inspect your equipment when it is deposited with us and pack it safely until the customer request for collection. In case, if any of the equipment needs service, we will notify the customer accordingly.
IN CASE THE CUSTOMER ARRIVE AT SOME OTHER AIRPORT RATHER THAN THE ONE WHERE HE LEFT HIS SKIS?
All our customers need is to inform A2A one month prior to reaching the desired destination and they can get the equipment at any other airport. For example, if someone left his equipment in Australia and next year, he planned to go to France or somewhere else, he will get the items in France. In such a case, a reasonable charge will be applied.
WHAT IF WE NEED THE SKIS BACK TO HOME?
No need to worry. Just contact the A2A at firstname.lastname@example.org and will arrange delivery at your specific address. We will provide you with the carrier’s name and tracking number. The prices for such delivery will depend on the delivery address.
IS THERE ANY INSURANCE FOR OUR GOODS?
If, in any case, somethings happen to your goods during storage, A2A will provide all necessary details to the insurance company in order to cover your loss.
